Lego house finds no home

James May (above), of Top Gear fame, recently built an astonishingly beautiful two-story house made entirely of Lego bricks.

Berkeley “Fusion” Home Sells Low

So it turns out $1.8m was too much to hope for.
The remodeled “fusion” home at 2914 Piedmont Avenue in Berkeley’s Elmwood neighborhood (above) ended up selling for $1,544,000, significantly under its asking price — and after a price drop to $1,595,000.
