Two high-end Berkeley homes have undergone price chops.

And 14 The Uplands, in the Claremont neighborhood, which last time we checked in had been delisted, is back with a shaved price tag — from $1,340,000 to $1,310,000. It’s been on the market for 33 days and changed hands last March for $1,304,500. See previous look-in here.
